The house and apartment are available for rent all year.

The house is rented for a different price depending on the time of year and how many bedrooms the guests need. A very popular period is June July August, however, May, September, October are also lovely months in France. In these months the house is less expensive. December in the French countryside, with Pairs a short 35 minute train ride provides the charms of an old fashioned French Christmas.

A week includes the day you arrive including the same day one week later. That is, one week, would be arrival Monday departure Tuesday of the next week.

The Main house includes: The courtyard shared with the small rental (unless other arrangements are made)

The white guest bedroom and bath

Minimum rental is 1 week with at least 2 bedrooms. The price for 2 bedrooms is $2,800 all year except for at Christmas when it is

$4,300 for 2 bedrooms.

* If the apartment is rented alone and not in conjunction with the main house, the cost is $1,800 per week.

As you will note, the 4^th Turq bedroom is not included in this price. If needed this room will cost an additional $400 per week. (see Turq. Bedroom Papillon Mignon accommodations)

It is possible to add an additional 3 bedrooms to the main house rental. These are the bedrooms in the small apartment. They can be reserved either one or all 3 on an individual basis and depending on availability. Total capacity of house 7 bedrooms= 14 people.

	The weekly house rental has the following extras:
Extras included	•A representative who will meet you upon arrival, re-accompany you to the house, and explain the appliances and equipment.

	•House welcoming provisions will include:
	2 bottles of wine red and white
	A selection of French cheese and French bread
	An assortment of cocktail "munchies"
	Re-accompanying at time of departure


How to make a down payment	Once you have received a confirmation of availability, you must make a 50% down payment in order to confirm a reservation. Reservations are considered final only upon receipt of this down payment. Upon receipt of this down payment, a receipt indicating the amount paid, the dates reserved, the number of guests and any other pertinent information concerning your stay will either be mailed or emailed according to your preference.

Final Payment	The remaining 50% plus security deposit (see security deposit below) must be made 1 month prior to arrival.

Safety Deposit	A safety deposit equivalent to 20% of your total rental payment is required with this final payment. Deductions from the safety deposit will be made for damages in general to the home, for rings on furniture or for misplaced, missing or broken items as well as spotted rugs and bed spreads if they cannot be removed with cleaning.

	Telephone charges during your stay, will also be deducted from the safety deposit as soon as the charges can be calculated by the French Telecom telephone company. We would highly recommend your own cell phones that can be rented from the car rental agencies. An American cell phone can also be purchased through T-mobile that is set up for international calls for various prices. I have found this to be very satisfactory or purchase an inexpensive telephone card for France through Nobelcom telephone number: 1-800-406-3767 website: www.nobelcom.com

Safety depostis will be returned following control of the house, 1 month after the departure date.

Cancellation Policy	We will gladly rebook for a different available date or we will apply a 50% reimbursement if cancellation is prior to 2 weeks of the arrival date. Cancellation later than this date cannot be refunded.
